Tollo Health, LLCTampa, Florida
Food as medicine, built to pharmaceutical standardsTollo Health is a health company built on a simple premise: Pair nature‑based science with the manufacturing quality control and clinical development rigor of Western medicine. Then aim that combination at some of the biggest gaps in modern healthcare. Tollo Health develops clinically formulated medical foods for two problems modern medicine has left wide open: muscle loss on GLP‑1 weight‑loss drugs, acute viral infections and long COVID. No money or other consideration is being solicited, and none will be accepted. This is a Regulation Crowdfunding “test the waters” communication. An indication of interest carries no obligation or commitment of any kind.

The Problem
The world’s biggest weight‑loss drugs have a muscle problemGLP‑1 agonists such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are reshaping obesity care. But an increased share of the weight patients lose is lean muscle mass when compared with traditional weight loss strategies. Losing too much muscle while losing weight undermines metabolic health, strength and long term outcomes, particularly in older adults. Physicians increasingly need something they can put alongside the prescription, and there is no established standard of care for it. Tollo Health’s answer is Forzet, a medical food intended for the dietary management of muscle loss associated with weight loss therapies, for use under physician supervision.

Health Lives Here
Technology‑Enabled SupportThe Health Lives Here consumer app pulls medical history, diagnostics and prescription data into one place, includes wearables data, then connects the user to a prescribing physician through a white label integration with MD Integrations. It is designed so the same clinician who prescribes a GLP‑1, treats acute viral infection or helps patients manage their long COVID can also manage the patient’s use of prescription drugs and Forzet, Galectovid and Tollovid, integrating a medical food or supplement purchase into the physician’s supervised care plan. The app is in pre launch optimization and is targeted to go live in September 2026. 1
