Issuer's Fees

Mr. Crowd charges fees for its services to issuers upon closing of a successful fundraising. Mr. Crowd charges issuers a fee equal to a percentage of the gross proceeds of each securities offering. Mr. Crowd may also be compensated by taking an equity position in an issuer. In the event that an offering is terminated or its fundraising target is not met, Mr. Crowd will not charge any service fees.

However, issuers should be aware that, apart from the fees charged by Mr. Crowd at closing, various third-party costs and fees could be incurred, including escrow fees, accounting and auditing fees, accounting review fees, costs of preparing financial statements and offering documents, disclosure and compliance legal fees, costs of corporate page design, production of multimedia and filing fees. You should discuss these various fees with your service providers.

Investor's Fees

Mr. Crowd charges investors transaction and processing fees and the amount will be shown in the investment confirmation page. Investors should also be aware that your bank may charge fees on fund transfer transactions. Please consult your bank to learn about any additional fees before making any investment on Mr. Crowd.
