Hello everyone, Alan here, the COO of Uni-Boil. I have news to share! Recently, someone special visited our Monterey Park store, attracted by our famous Szechuan pepper pork hocks and wanted to try them. He was astonished by how delicious Chinese cuisine could be and promised to write an article about us. That was the owner of The Hub LA, a Pasadena based magazine.
